Over the past few years, our Operator Apprentice training program in Novandino Litio We have trained new professionals from the surrounding communities to perform work with high standards of management, efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Our program is backed by the know-how, knowledge, innovation, and experience of our employees.
The program considers four thematic axes: awareness of safety regulations and organization of operational work; understanding of the productive stages and technical processes for the development of operational work; on-site knowledge of good practices in lithium operational or productive processes; and knowledge of quality standards that allow working towards the continuous improvement of processes.
We are seeking apprentices, both men and women, from the communities of Toconao, Calama, Peine, Socaire, Camar, and San Pedro de Atacama. Participants will acquire soft skills and technical tools that culminate in permanent employment and entry into various departments. Novandino Litio in the Salar de Atacama work.
