Preventing crimes and irregular conduct: We implement policies against bribery, corruption and conflicts of interest, and we monitor our Crime Prevention Model (CPM) to identify risks and act before they occur.

Monitor and control risks: audits and legal and operational risk management to ensure that everyone acts responsibly.

Promote an ethical culture: We promote values of integrity, safety, and sustainability among employees, suppliers, and partners.

Manage complaints: Through our Whistleblowing Channel, we receive, investigate and report any regulatory non-compliance.
