Community-led tourism development
With the signing of the agreement alongside the president of the Atacameño Community of Toconao, we officially handed over the facilities of the former camp in Toconao. This process, which began several years ago, was led by us, highlighting the active participation of the community at every stage.
Key milestones in this project include the delivery of the architectural plans for the resort complex and the formation of specialized committees comprised of community members. These committees define key aspects such as the brand, tourism products, interior design, and other elements that will be part of the new hotel space.
In parallel, a working group will be established to define agreements regarding the transfer and support during the implementation of the project.
