NCh 3262

This certification is based on a comprehensive system that addresses four main pillars: gender equality, inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, and indigenous peoples. Furthermore, it is aligned with international standards such as IRMA and with the policies of the Ministry of Mining.
For more than 10 months, we thoroughly reviewed our labor policies and practices, promoting initiatives such as training for women in STEM careers, collaborative work with communities, and infrastructure improvements.
This recognition positions us as a benchmark for gender equality within Chilean mining, marking a milestone towards a more inclusive and sustainable work environment, with an extended impact at the community level.
Our Commitment:
We reaffirm our commitment to gender equality and work-life balance, in accordance with Chilean Standard NCh 3262. Through its implementation, we are transforming our organizational management to ensure equality and equity in all our processes and actions. This commitment guides our internal policies and sets a standard for the national mining industry.
Our Future Goal
We want to offer our employees a work environment based on equality, equity, and respect, promoting the full development of each individual. In 2025, we aim to consolidate the best practices achieved, and in 2026, to renew our certification, extending this approach to new operational areas.
Progress and Current Actions
In 2025, we aim not only to maintain this certification standard, but also to actively lead the promotion of gender equality and work-life balance within and outside our organization. We look ahead to 2026 with the conviction to reaffirm our commitment and continue building a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable mining industry.
